The culture we set here at Equip 210 is loving every individual as God’s masterpiece by displaying our seven pillars: Love, Grace, Kindness, Honor, Obedience,  Excellence, and Courage.

Our Culture

Our Vision is that every child walks in his or her God-given identity as His Masterpiece doing the good works that He prepared for them long ago so that the Earth will be filled with the knowledge and glory of God as the waters fill the sea.

our vision

Our Mission is to equip the next generation of world changers through our Christ-centered K-12 Educational Movement. Through our customized program and equipping curriculum along with our professional training of local teams, we create one of the most dynamic and innovative alternative educational programs. Our seven pillars-- Love, Grace, Kindness, Honor, Obedience, Excellence, and Courage--guide and direct us in the establishment of culture at each of our EQUIP 210 campuses.

PILLAR 7

Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud or rude. It does not demand its own way. It is not irritable, and it keeps no record of being wronged. It does not rejoice about injustice but rejoices whenever the truth wins out. Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance.

Each time he said, “My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness.” So now I am glad to boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ can work through me.

2 Corinthians 12:9

God saved you by his grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God. Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it.

Ephesians 2:8-9

For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God’s glorious standard. Yet God, in his grace, freely makes us right in his sight. He did this through Christ Jesus when he freed us from the penalty for our sins. For God presented Jesus as the sacrifice for sin. People are made right with God when they believe that Jesus sacrificed his life, shedding his blood. This sacrifice shows that God was being fair when he held back and did not punish those who sinned in times past, for he was looking ahead and including them in what he would do in this present time. God did this to demonstrate his righteousness, for he himself is fair and just, and he makes sinners right in his sight when they believe in Jesus.
