Through innovative, Christ-centered education, we disciple students to be rooted in truth, awakened to their identity, and equipped to lead with love, power, and wisdom in every sphere of culture.

This is more than education.

To see sons and daughters walking confidently in their calling—as God’s masterpiece, doing the good works He prepared in advance—so that the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea. (Habakkuk 2:14)

Founder & Vision Leader

Lesley is a creative visionary passionate about reimagining education through the lens of identity, purpose, and Kingdom design. She leads EQUIP 210 with bold faith, contagious joy, and a heart to disciple world changers.

Caitlin Ewing

Kingdom Equipping Specialist

Caitlin brings joy, depth, and Kingdom revelation into every classroom. She helps students see God in all things and equips them to walk confidently in their identity and spiritual authority.

Sterling Merritt

Virtual Campus Director

A gifted teacher and mentor, Sterling combines excellence in math and science with a deep calling to make disciples. He leads our virtual high school with integrity and impact.

Amanda Goodwin

Academic Support Lead

Amanda is a faith-filled leader who empowers students to grow intellectually and spiritually. Her passion for education and missions shines through every lesson she teaches.

Victoria Bowers

Executive Assistant

Victoria brings wisdom, warmth, and detail-driven support to the heart of EQUIP 210. With a legacy of homeschool leadership, she helps build the infrastructure that fuels our mission.
